NitroTerms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Nitro app for iPhone and Apple Watch and this website (together, “Nitro”). By creating an account or using Nitro, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nitro. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Not medical advice
Nitro provides general fitness and nutrition information, including content generated by artificial intelligence. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or have a medical condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.
AI-generated content
Workout plans, meal plans, recipes, insights and coaching cues are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Check that a recipe suits any allergy or dietary need you have, and use your own judgement about weights and intensity.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nitro. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give accurate information during onboarding; your plans depend on it.
Subscriptions
- Nitro is offered as a subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store, and may begin with a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Nitro: do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, reverse engineer it, resell it, or use it to break the law.
Ownership
Nitro, its design, content and software belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide Nitro, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Nitro or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update Nitro and these terms. If we make significant changes to the terms, we will update the date above and let you know in the app. You can stop using Nitro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Nitro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from exercise or dietary choices you make. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Nitro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
